I am glad that I had my whole family here to eat it with me because I probably would have eaten the whole batch by myself. I used this chicken as a dip but you could also serve it over rice or quinoa or you can serve it as a filling in lettuce wraps. Or just eat it with a fork straight out of the pot like I did! I also own the 6 quart Instant Pot IP-LUX60 V3 Programmable Electric Pressure Cooker. They are both great pressure cookers! It has a yogurt making function but other than that they are fairly similar. Place chicken in bottom of Instant Pot.
Put shredded chicken back into the Instant Pot. Stir in the cream cheese and your desired amount of hot sauce. Turn the Instant Pot to the saute function and stir until the cream cheese is melted. Turn the Instant Pot to the warm setting.
