Chuck, brisket, dry aged NY strip mix, topped with Harvest Moon cheddar fondue, applewood smoked bacon, and smoked garlic aioli, served on a brioche bun. Applewood smoked bacon, Bibb lettuce, tomato, American cheese, thinly sliced pickles, pickled jalapeño bacon jam, and sriracha aioli, served with hand cut fries. Aquidneck Farms beef patty, our smoked Kalua pulled pork mixed with “Almost Famous” BBQ sauce, topped with a fried egg, tomato and pickled red onion, served on a sweet roll.
